Every company is different, but in my current job we have four roles:
      > Analysts: apprentices or college students that take a year off their degree to get work experience. Their goal is to learn as much as possible!
      > Junior engineers: engineers just out of college or experienced apprentices. Their job is mostly technical, they usually are in charge of assembling and testing.
      > Engineers: They do a bit of all the above, but also work of design and lead projects. That is me at the moment!
      > Senior engineers: experienced engineers, they do a bit of everything and find the money to make our ideas come true.
