• Question: What do you do first thing at work?

      First thing I do is put the kettle to boil, then I check my email while I have a cup of tea. Most our systems will email us automatically when something goes wrong and I’m usually the first in the office, so that way I’d have a list of things that need to be fixing ready when the rest of my colleagues get in.
