• Question: How stressful is your job?

      I don’t find it stressful at all. We can be very busy at the end of big projects or when we need to make a last-minute change, but I’m lucky to have a team of great people that I can rely on (and can rely on me). We always try to spread the workload fairly so no one gets stressed.
      Do engineering jobs look very stressful from the outside?
