Proper science and technology geek who thinks Earth is too small
I was born in Barcelona and grew up in a town not to far from there. In the past four years I lived in four different countries, nearly two years ago I moved to Glasgow to build very small satellites.
I love rock and metal music, rock climbing, hiking, science fiction and food.
Design satellites and make sure they will work in space.
My Typical Day: Have some technical discussion and make sure the satellite does exactly what we planed.
Arrive at the office and get everything ready for the day.
Have a meeting with the team to catch up and decide the day priorities.
Get started with the real work which can mean pretty much anything in the list below:
Write documents like satellite manufacturing instructions, reports, space mission concepts …
Have meetings about project risks and technical issues to decide best course of action.
Investigate satellite and subsystems issues.
Qualify a satellite design by testing them in simulated space conditions.
Design test and experiments to validate and qualify satellite designs.
